i've seen this product with some people in the gym and in the park and i was really curious if its really good and reliable. first of all i really sweat a lot and running will really shake your whole body but this product stays in my ear all the time and unlike my experiences in other headphones/earphones this does not stop or short when i'm all soaking wet. i really liked it so i bought my wife a white one of the same model.
the sound quality will be as good as the player you got or phone, its above average.
hope you enjoy yours too.

Does not maintain microphone connection.

Using the 750 is fine if all you want to do is listen to music. The mic cuts out and I can not use this for a work phone as intended. Useless to me. Waste of money.
Pros: broken

My first blue tooth

Up until now, I have never own a Bluetooth headset. Always went for the wired headset. Heard about LG Tone Pro on YouTube. Saw a couple of friends at church who said they loved them. Ran into a family member who swore by them. Ordered me a pair online and guess what....'I LOVE THEM'. Great sound, extremely comfortable and easy to work. I leave them on my neck all day long (don't even know that they are there). You don't have to have them in your ear to know your phone is ringing. Loving the vibration feature when the phone rings.
Pros: Style/Design, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality

Product has issues with S5, Mic cuts out

This product has bluetooth issues with IOS and Android phones, the mic cuts out right in the middle of conversations. This problem is reported all over the internet. Returning the head set and exchanging it for a new one does not solve the problem.
LG does not acknowledge that there is an issie.
Pros: Performance

The product would be outstanding if the microphone would stay on when you are on a call, which is the products key purpose. I use my phone for business calls as well and it is not good to speak with clients but they can't hear you. My BT LG headset is fairly brand new, but it does it so often me and my callers are frustrated....I have taken it back and gotten a new one to no avail. for the price of the headset I feel I paid for a headache. Also, the volume of my phone calls are so low I can barely hear my callers, but the music and the GPS is so loud it blows my ear drums out.....Well..I can say I see the value of the product but they need to resolve the defects and then I want to receive a new headset replacement for free with the defect resolutions applied.
Pros: easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received as a gift from my in-laws for Christmas. Didn't begin using until 01/07/2016, and as of 01/25/2016 they are broken.
Last night I was using them, took them out to speak with a co-worker, and when I replace them in my ear they were so quiet, I had to max the volume on the headset and device in order to have barely average volume.
Prior to that I was quite impressed with the sound quality for ear buds. I had sworn them off after my first experience, some years ago, and had always preferred a large cup headset, but because these were a gift and I was working a job that required a lot of movement, I didn't want a cord to get tangled or to short out, and so I figured they were worth a try. And was I amazed at how great they sounded once seated properly into my ear.
But two-weeks operation time is quite a joke and then to require me to badger the gift-giver to find a proof of purchase/order-number/receipt, on a gift likely bought months ago, really is frustrating. What's the point of the serial number? Shouldn't that tell you manufacture date, ship date, destination etc?
In any event this1-star review should have been a 5-star but for the fault and terrible policy, it is being bumped down accordingly. If things are made right in a quick fashion I would easily bump it back up.
Ball is in your court LG.

Disappointing Perfection

Other than one major problem this headset is the picture of perfection. The crystal clear audio, the elegant design, light weight and quick to connect. Unfortunately this headset has a major flaw that I am surprised isn't noted by LG on this forum. The unit microphone during a call stops responding. It just stops. I have tried to identify the cause and am at a loss. I have read many forums on many other sites not affiliated with LG about this issue and only post hear in hopes that LG will acknowledge the need to bring back the perfection. Thanks
