Too loud

The device is really nice, fantastic quality, easy to use!... but unfortunately the lowest volume is far too loud. The device is perfect for users with a hearing loss, but not for me :( It's really no way I can use it like this.
Pros: Style/Design, easy to use, Quality

I sent my headphones in and it was replaced because when using it as a bluetooth earpiece, it picks up all the surrounding noise in the background and the person on the other line cannot hearing when you are talking because it picks the surrounding noise and very loud! It was replaced and I still have the same problem!
Pros: only good as headphones, picks up all surrounding noise

Really needs noise cancellation

I constantly get complaints from the people I'm talking to because they can hear everything in the background - from the air conditioner running in my car to the microwave in the next room. It's very annoying. A driver or flash upgrade could probably solve this.
Otherwise it's got great sound for music or podcasts or whatever.
I would recommend this to a friend!

great sound

I got this set in December and it worked great for months until I started to work out with them in the gym. They would power off. The same thing would happen when I went on long walks in the sun.
Pros: Performance

What a pain

I bought this as a Xmas present for myself and even though the Bluetooth was connected it never syned. Spent well over an hour trying to get it to connect and it never did.

Sits well, useless for listening to audio

This item was gifted to me, and basically...
1. They sit very comfortably
2. The microphone is astounding
3. The audio is choppy because it came with busted internal programming!! Doesn't work on any of four machines on and after the second consecutive audio thing played.

Stopped working/charging after 9 months

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my headset about 9 months ago and recently it just stopped working. I went to charge it like normal and the lights never came on. I looked at the ports and made sure the charger and headsets were free of debris (even though its always stored in a bag). I loved it when it worked but it was pretty expensive considered it only lasted 9 months.

CD quality sound!, Yes, It's True!

I was skeptical (who wouldn't be) about the claims of true CD-quality sound from a bluetooth headset. But, yes!, It's true, the quality is every bit as good as my high-price earbuds. Deep, clear bass and brilliant treble! And the around-the-neck design is also brilliant; no tangles, no snagging and with the feather-light weight I forget I'm wearing it. Pleased isn't saying enough. Delighted!
