Great Design, Major Bug

Like a lot of other people have mentioned here and at other websites, there is a huge problem with this headset. I love everything about it except that it just doesn't work reliably. When talking on the phone the microphone cuts out and the other person can't hear you. If you switch the call to speaker and then back to bluetooth, it will bring the mic back. Temporarily. Unfortunately this makes the headset unusable for phone calls. I have to return it. If they fix this bug I will buy them again.
Pros: Style/Design, easy to use, Features/Settings
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

microphone cut-off problem

I too have the microphone cut-off problem. Mine is used with an MAXX. After several minutes on a call, I can hear perfectly, but suddenly no-one can hear me speak. I have to switch to the phone, then back to the headset. In the meantime, other callers have assumed I've dropped from the call. Not acceptable for business use.

Microphone Mute is the major issue

I liked this product design and quickly grabbed the LG HBS 750 AKA tone Pro Bluetooth headset. Pairing and everything works great and even the sound quality is good even though the highest volume is not sufficient in noisy places.
One of the most annoying thing making this headset useless is the microphone is getting muted after talking for couple of minutes. I am planing to return the headset as this is not something can be ignored.
LG team please fix this and provide an update even after reading all the user complaints.

Slick Headset with Questionable Wiring

Love the sound and the slick phone answering features. The design is unique but very comfortable.
The headset holder makes it so that you never loose the ear buds as you do with many other even more
expensive products. I like them so much that I have continued to use them even though a wire was defective to one of the buds out of the box and it soon stopped working.of

GOOD HEADSET

I like the headset but it's hard to get use to the buttons. Range is great, I also own the lg 730 and in my opinion the 730 is the best. If I had to buy another one it would be the 730. Lg should have left the buttons like they were but overall is a good headset. One more thing, not as comfortable as the 730.

I have owned the 730 (4 times),best ones ever; when I replaced it with the 750 it is statically and volume control issuses. I tried a second one and it also had similar problems.

Poor connectivity, Unreliable Phone calls.

I mow professionally a few times a week for about 10-20 hours per week. I was tired of accidentally pulling out my ear buds when they were connected to my phone. I picked this headset up so that I could put the ear buds in my ears and place my hearing protection over them comfortably. One of the other firefighters in my district had a set and was always using them. I figured they were a good product so I figured I would use them for mowing. When using them to speak with someone during a phone call the person on the other end at times was unable to hear me talking. The other issue that I have with this headset is that my music cuts out from time to time. Just recently while my phone was in my pocket and I had the headset on the headset lost the connection to my phone. I was really hoping that this would be perfect for my music and phone calls! I am disappointed and tempted to go back to my corded ear buds just after 3 weeks of use.
