Works great but with a steep learning curve.

Connecting to my laptop and phone were fairly simple despite the small instruction booklet. While wearing the headphones it takes repetition to get comfortable with the controls such as answering calls and listening to text. These are extremely comfortable and the freedom to move around while watching a movie is awesome.The sound is great.

I'm so surprised with the sound quality of this headset. I purchased a high end JBL bluetooth headset as well, and find myself favoring the LG most of the time. It just fits so much more comfortably, and I love the audio feedback of the battery level, and the low battery notification.
Awesome product.

i like that i don't have to leave it in my ear all day, in the past i have had four different bluetooths and they stared
hurting my ear. This one i can put it in my ear when i need it. love the quality just wish the range was longer.

Charging and the colorblind.

These work great...BUT...when almost done charging the light is purple, and full charged is blue. 10 percent of men, including me, are colorblind. So I can't tell when there charged or are charging. When will companies stop doing stupid stuff like this. Use another color if your going to need to put purple next to blue. Especially for something involving charging an electrical device.

I am hard of hearing but with this bluetooth I can enjoy conversations with my grand children,something I can not do on my cell or landline.I am glad that I purshed this product.
