[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When purchasing the headset, it includes ear gels, a USB charging cable, the user manual, quick start guide, and a warranty card. While looking for a pair of wireless headphones one looks for good sound quality, long battery life and a good Bluetooth connection.
If headphones don’t have good sound quality, there really isn’t any point in having them. Headphones are mainly used for listening to music or anything really so sound quality is of utmost importance. The LG TONE PRO has very good sound quality, they even have noise cancellation so they are better heard in loud environments. However, the ear buds don’t stay in your ear very well. They fall out often and you have to continually put them back in. They do come with different sized ear gels but, one may still need a different size.
If you are switching from traditional headphones to wireless headphones battery life should be especially important to you. While you don’t have to charge traditional headphones you do have to charge wireless headphones. The LG TONE PRO has a very quick recharge period and holds the charge for a long time, roughly 10 hours. Despite having a long battery life, once the battery is at 15% the headphones will announce every 30 seconds “low battery please charge” so if you’re listening to music the headphone might as well be dead. This can be prevented by keeping them charged.
The LG TONE PRO uses Bluetooth to connect to devices wirelessly so they need to have a good connection in order to work well or at all. If you had wireless headphones with poor connection, there would be no point in having them because you wouldn’t really be able to use them. The LG TONE PRO uses 3.0 Bluetooth to connect. It connects quickly and holds a good connection as long as the device is compatible or has 3.0 Bluetooth capabilities or higher. On the other hand, if the device is too far away from the headphones the sound will become distorted until it disconnects.
The LG TONE PRO Wireless Stereo Headset are good wireless headphones I would recommend buying if you are looking to buy wireless headphones. Despite having to keep them charged above 15%, putting your earbuds back in repeatedly, and having to stay in close vicinity with the device connected to it. They do have good sound quality, they have a long battery life, and a good connection to any compatible device. From my experience using these wireless headphones the positives out way the negatives.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just got my head set how do I use the VoLTE I didnt have it charged the first time I have blue flashing lights and red blinking light now no light I have it hooked up to phone and computer I dont know how to use VoLTE

I got my pair awhile ago, last year or maybe the year before. I am still very impressed with them. They have a great, long battery, but what's more, they don't take very long to charge. I like how the light changes red while charging.
It's very helpful that when you turn them on, it lets you know what the charge is and if it's connected.
The sound quality is very good, clear too. The only issue is your music can be heard outside of the headphones if you turn it up too much. I turn my music up relatively loud so the problem is worsened. Another good thing is when you put them in, it has decent sound cancellation as well.
Overall, theyre a great pair of headphones, very nice, and its quite convenient how comfortably they fit around your neck. Often times, Ill forget Im wearing them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i received this a few months ago and all i can say about is that it has excellent battery life, if idle and not connected to a device its battery won't drain, it has excellent sound quality however the buds can fall out of your ears extremely easily.

I charge my headset all day, still at 30%

I’ve had my LG HBS750 for a while now. It’s been going good since I got it, but now it’s not charging correctly. Every time i return home, I would put my headset on charge for the day and expect them to b fully charged the next morning. NOPE. They’d always be at or below 30% and I’m using the correct charger for them!!! Can someone please help me figure out how to solve this issue? I would greatly appreciate it.
