[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I bought my first one I was super skeptical about what I was doing, and was worried that I would become one of those annoying Bluetooth guys. Well, even If that turned out true I don't care. I honestly do not leave my house without my LG. I can listen to podcasts or audio books all day. You can even bind to your PC and use them for gaming. If I don't feel like finding my phone I can press a button and make a call, send a text, even compose a text. I have 5 or 6 pairs, all various models, and I have been using the LG Tone for 3 or 4 years now. Expect to replace or repair your headset about once every year. The cables get worn out and you will lose audio in one earpiece, followed closely by the next. Personally, I repair mine by replacing the earbuds, sometimes with an upgrade even. Of all my gadgets, these get the most use, and being a mechanic, I abused the heck out of them. Apart from the cables, they are built like tanks. I have run them over, stepped on them, dropped in oil, ripped chords out, you name it.
Excellant product.

I bought these about 4 or 5 years ago and they've been working good up until 8 months ago. At first one ear bud would stop working, then it would switch. But other than that they were amazing headphones. I even got them wet.. bring these back!

I just got mine three weeks ago and they already don't work. I have used many brands of BT headphones so I am very familiar with the workings of them. When I first turned these on they paired up with my smartphone instantly and I was very pleased with the audio quality for music and for phone calls. For some reason a couple days ago it will no longer pair with any devices. Initially it said unable to communicate with device. After unpairing to try to repair the phone no longer picks up the headphones at all. I had a friend search for it from their phone and it also did not show up. I don't know what I need to do but it's too late to return it to the store.
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, easy to use, Features/Settings
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Mic cuts out constantly

I like everything about this setup but:
The mic cuts out constantly during calls and it's more than a little frustrating.
If they can fix this obviously well known issue I'd be quite happy with the design and function of the product. I just can not recommend a product that does not work as described.

Good product for listening to music

I love using this headset to listen to music while I walk or when I am working on something that doesn't require a lot of concentration.
The only complaints I have are the ear buds are constantly falling out of my ears unless I really cram the buds into my ear. It would be nice if they had smaller ear buds.
Other issue, the product manual states that the headset can be paired to two devices. Well I tried that and unfortunately it does not work. Works fine with one device, but when I paired my phone the headset would no longer recognize the ipod touch 5. So now I only use the headset for listening to music.

Connecting to my laptop and phone were fairly simple despite the small instruction booklet. While wearing the headphones it takes repetition to get comfortable with the controls such as answering calls and listening to text. These are extremely comfortable and the freedom to move around while watching a movie is awesome.The sound is great.

I'm so surprised with the sound quality of this headset. I purchased a high end JBL bluetooth headset as well, and find myself favoring the LG most of the time. It just fits so much more comfortably, and I love the audio feedback of the battery level, and the low battery notification.
Awesome product.
