This product is the best in the market

I've tried so many different hot air stylers on the market, and this is the best! Unlike the rest, including more expensive ones, this is the only hot air styler where hair doesn't get tangled. It's really easy to use and it just glides through the hair, creating smoothness and volume. I just wish it's available in dual voltage.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love the concept and size of brush but....

Although the concept of brush/dryer is great (and the large brush works very well) the thermostat definitely needs tweaking!
After about 3 or 4 minutes the air just keeps getting hotter and hotter. I have to either stop using it or switch to cold--very inconvenient! Please work on this and I'll struggle along until someone gets it right. Thanks and hoping to hear you have new remedies.

Broke in 3 weeks

This is a total waste of money mine broke in 3 weeks. Do not buy it !!!!!! It worked one day and the next day i turned it on and the motor was slow and then just stopped working and since its been over 14 days the store wont refund my money.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My only gripe is not having a knob at the end to help steady the unit as I work with it. That end gets really hot!

After 6 months of use the little black beads started falling off. It hurts to use it on my head. Very unhappy.

Works for only a short time

I've purchased 2 of these because they work great on my hair but after just 4 months of use the cord inside starts breaking or something and it shuts off. If you wiggle the cord it comes back on but any other wiggle and it's off again. A rotating cord should not break so easily and is a hazard. I don't wind the cord up or abuse it in any way. It sits on my bathroom counter when not in use. Fix that issue and I'd continue to buy your product but until then I'm going to have to find a new company to buy from.

This little brush is a gem. It's not heavy and it straightens and curls. No more curling wands, flat irons and round brushing for an hour. I have very thick, coarse, color treated hair and I was stunned at how well this works.
