this product is great looks good easy to access

I am really happy with my fridge, it knocks once in a while, like someone has knocked on the door, but that only happens when we keep the doors open a long time, I love the freezer, has easy access with lots of room and the top part is nice and bright when you open the doors, I especially like the shelf that slides in for tall items.
Pros: Realistic color
I would recommend this to a friend!

Popping noise makes this product difficult to live with

From the first day this refrigerator has made a popping noise that sounds like it comes from inside the cabinet. The pops are sporatic and sometimes come in a series and can be rather loud or soft. We can hear most of these pops from our bedroom at the other end of our house. If you are in the kitchen when a loud one occurs, it will startle you. A Samsung Repair Specialist, who was knowledgeable about Samsung refrigerators, came the other day, but other than adjusting the temperature in the freezer, he just explained why these pops were happening. However, he basically led us to believe it could not be fixed and we would have to live with the noise and get use to it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

outstanding performance

Best fridge we have ever had. The water filter feature is great, but would like to see a longer spout or a flow dispenser speed toggle, as sometimes we get splash back when the water hits ice cubes. Other than that it has been great!

Beware the popping sound

If you don't mind the popping sound every hour, this fridge is for you. I read it online but hoped I didn't get one of those fridges and I did. It is pretty annoying and loud enough to think that there is someone in the house. The unit is pretty and the interior looks nice too. A nice feature is that the stainless steel finish is magnetic on the front.
Pros: pretty
Cons: popping sound
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Large fridge for small price

We had two small fridges that were with the house when we bought it, the fridges were older ones. We decided it was time to upgrade to a bigger one that was energy efficient. I was able to fit everything that was in the other two into this one with extra space, and the electric bill went down alot.
Pros: Inexpensive, Durable, ver quiet

When we open the freezer compartment ice cubes fall out of the ice cube tray, and land either in the bottom of the freezer compartment, or worse, on the floor below the refrigerator. Also, the plastic shelves on the door sides are too flimsy, and two have broken through normal use.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent refrigerator.

This our second french door refrigerator, and the price to value is excellent. The freezer is great, holds temp excellently, and the ability to turn off ice maker with a button is great.
the upper, refrigerator section is roomy and has great temp control, especially in the crisper section. The internal water dispenser is great also.

Great overall features and low energy use

I like the features and design. It maximizes the available cu. ft. and provides temp control for veg. and meat in the well designed shelf drawers. The water dispenser doesn't waste space like the external dispensers. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a well designed and functional refrig.
