Great Fridge

Really like my Samsung fridge. Internal water dispenser is great. Have had to get icemaker repaired twice already, kind of the weak point. Other problems include expensive filter cartridges and no way to turn off door open alarm for cleaning.
Pros: Inexpensive, energy efficiency
Cons: ice maker
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Fridge and Features for the Price

I have only owned my refrigerator for a few days, but I love it so far. The negatives are that the ice maker is slow to make ice compared to my last refrigerator and the shiny finish is easily messed with fingerprints and is difficult to clean without streaking. However, the shiny finish does look nice. The water from the filter is chilled and tastes better than it did from my old Brita filter. The refrigerator is very spacious and we love all the features and functionality.
Pros: Bright display, great value, spacious

Aesthetics Issue (Toe Plate Question/Issue)

We just purchased a Samsung refrigerator model RF261BEAESR, stainless steel. And it has NO toe cover/ toe plate. So now there is a 3 inch gap at the bottom of the refrigerator, where you can see the ugly white roller wheels and black metal. On the SPEC sheet, in the dimension view, there clearly is a toe plate at the bottom.
1. Is the toe plate cover missing?
2. Has Samsung discontinued making the toe plate covers for this model?
3. What is the part number of a previous toe plate cover, which will fit the model I just purchased?
Cons: poor aesthetics
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Ready enjoy our refrigerator. When we transfer items from the other unit there is lots more room.
Pros: Bright display, Durable
Cons: there is a poppping noise occ.

Refrigerator has worked great but the ice maker motor broke after only 6 months.

Due to our old unit stating to fail, we had to look for another unit.
My wife wanted a French Door unit with bottom freezer, no water or ice thru the door.
I wanted ice and water thru the door. Samsung came to our rescue.. she got her French door unit with bottom freezer and ice in the lower unit. But this unit has Chilled filtered water JUST inside the left door. This is something we could both agree on.
My only MAJOR comment is make sure you measure the area where the unit is going, correctly and exactly. We measured but we rounded off the measurements and JUST had enough space.
MEASURE twice, account for moldings, thick flooring and space behind.
So far we love this unit the shelves adjust and the unit has very good Temperature control.
