I really like this product. One thing that I would love to see included would be an accessory option to purchase an in the door shelf/bin (to replace one of the bins) that would allow for storing a butter dish and extra cubes of butter. All prior products I have owned have always had this feature.

This frig is great! LED lighting, very spacious, perfect cooling for appropriate products, water dispenser inside & alarm on door if not closed. What a jewel & such an improvement on my previous French Door frig.
I will not hesitate to invest in other Samsung products. This is our first experience with a Samsung appliance.

So far we have had no problems with this unit. The temperatures are exact and stay that way. There's plenty of room for everything. We are very satisfied.

With the water spout on the inside of the inside of the fridge, I like that it frees up more space in the door. Also like the fact that the ice is made in the freezer and not in the door.

This was our first Samsung product and first double door refrigerator. We recently bought our first home and needed everything to furnish it. Once we looked at this refrigerator we knew we had to have it. I like how there's still an ice machine and water dispenser even though you can't see them! This does make it a little difficult to fill big containers with water but eventually you learn to manage. It stays nice and cold and doesn't take long to freeze anything! Definitely would buy this again,
