Nice product with one exception

I am very satisfied with my Samsung refrigerator except for the ice maker. I have just finished resetting with Samsung technical help. I understand it takes 24 hours or more to complete the reset. If successful, I would rate the product close to 5 stars assuming the problem does not reoccur.
Otherwise, the refrigerator has very nice features. The water spigot on the side was an added bonus which I only discovered after starting to use the refrigerator. It dispenses excellent tasting water.
It is very bright inside which is an added plus.
Its design is very clean and good looking.

Layout is terrific. Have lots more space compared to my prior refrigerator that was same cubic ft.
Pros: Inexpensive
Cons: fingerprints

Great Refrigerator, but really noisy.

We purchased the 26 cu. ft. French Door Refrigerator because of its great size and reasonable price. It works great, but its really noisy. Out of the blue it starts squeaking and the ice maker starts making noise, even though we have it shut off (haven't had the line run yet).
We have other Samsung products that are wonderful, but we are a little disappointed in this one.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love the layout of the freezer

Most refrigerators with bottom freezers are just one big compartment making organizing and location items in it very difficult if not almost impossible.
The Samsung bottom freezer on the other hand have two equal compartments making it easier to fine and organize the freezer compartment.

this frig is easy to get to most of my food. it is simple and priced right. just the right amount of bells and whistles.

Cannot be happier with our new fridge. Excellent water and ice, french door design gives user a very spacious feel. Stainless on full front face looks classy and clean.

Cons: stainless smudges from fingerprints

I just purchased this last Friday to replace a 20 year old Kenmore. Obviously, the difference is night and day. The Samsung is very spacious, and built like a rock.

This refrigerator was a great purchase. We previously had a large, side-by-side model and I couldn't put my large casserole dishes (9" x 13") inside. On delivery, I took everything out of our old refrigerator and placed it all in my new refrigerator. Oh my goodness, I had loads of extra space! The shelves are almost empty. I love it! Part of the extra space is the SIX door bins -- all the condiments are in the door and not taking up shelf space. We like the ice basket in the freezer. Better system for us. We went with this model because we did not want the door dispensers -- have had major problems with this feature in the past (major flood). AND, I really liked the THREE internal drawers. All in all -- GREAT REFRIG!
Pros: roomy!, quiet ice maker
Cons: plastic bins are light weight
I would recommend this to a friend!
