ALL the shelves on the door have cracked

I have the 3 door and when you open the left door, if you even breath on the flap it will flop open and when you shut the door it slams into the other door. very poor design. I looked another brand and it is a lot stiffer so it is less likely to flop open. So from now on I will stay with the brand I have had for years, much better product.

Refridge works great but water dispenser broke.

Bought this unit less than two weeks ago and the water dispenser broke. Won't deliver water. Heard something snap inside plastic cover of water dispenser.

Sleek but weak

Bought about 3 years ago and we’ve had so many issues with it. First being extremely loud. Then ice and water were doing it own thing. Then it leaked water. Then finally stopped cooling. After some research found that Samsung refrigerator and cool but don’t last long. Very disappointed

popping noise

after all these years my refrigerator still makes a poping noise like someone is smaking the unit i ask them what causing this they said it just settling in and would go away. guess again they were wrong !!!!

SLOW Ice Output

This is a nice roomy refrigerator, but the ice is extremely slow coming out of the shoot! I can stand for 1/2 minute just waiting for my cup to fill with ice. If you need ice for a party or to place in a bucket, it will take a couple of minutes. I’m a huge ice lover and this just doesn’t fit the bill for me! I have to keep it now, but buyer beware if you use a lot of ice. It’s very frustrating!!!

Terrible Quality

We purchased this model a few years ago, and it has proven to be one of the worst investments we've ever made. Within 6 months, the fan/coils behind the back panel froze over, resulting in hot hair being pumped into our refrigerator and spoiling everything inside. The only "fix" was to remove the back panel (after allowing the coils to thaw for 12-24 hours), dry off the fan, and reinstall everything. We now have to do this every 3 months. Avoid this product!
