Not happy with it

at 3 stars, this is the best of the 4 appliances i bought. seems to cool ok but the handle already fell off and at the top of the door, the plastic is wearing away

product worked flawlessly right up to the end of the service warranty. cooling issues (which i found out after the fact are common with this product) are common due to cheap internal materials

ice maker doesn't make ice. being sued for defective ice makers. a pool of water under the pantry drawer. shelves on the door break easily. you will be disappointed in this samsung fridge. stay away.

completely baffled by all the positive reviews. first the water dispenser stopped, then the ice maker, and now it will not stay cold. total lemon.
never again, samsung.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this thing is so loud you can hear it over the tv in the other room. sound like they forgot the refrigerant oil. service tech came today, manually turned it on and said that's how they sound and left.

Works great but lacks a few things

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] cooling and ice work great. the only thing i hate is the fruit and veggie drawers are not on sealed so leaves or stems get stuck and you cannot remove them so it looks a little messy.

Freezer not staying cool

this refrigerator has worked fine for just over a year and a half and now the freezer doesn't stay cool., drifts up as much as 10 degrees before we have to use the power cool to drive the temp back down before our food thaws out.
have tried all the reset procedures and cleaned the coils and intake vents, doesn't help
after reading though the forums it appears this is a chronic problem with samsung freezes.
this frig isn't even 2 years old so it's just out of warranty, figures.
