Since I got this Refrigerator in 12-8/2013, until now everything is good (see above) except for big noise sometimes, such as "ba-ba-" or" pi-pi", the noise can hear on my home upstairs . But when I check this problem in company's website, said its normal. I don't know its noise will disappear later. That my comment.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, much space
Cons: sometime big noise(short time)
I would recommend this to a friend!

convenient access

I have owned the French door bottom freezer refrigerator model RF261BEAESR for 2 years I purchased it new and have enjoyed all of it's featured , but do have a problem with a very loud popping sound, but have gotten use to it. The most annoying problem is the ice maker , when you slide the freezer opened the ice falls behind the drawer , other then shutting the ice maker off and on manually, does anyone have a suggestion to fix this annoying problem?

and Ice falls to bottom of fridge Filtered water from fridge is slow not much confidence in structural integrity of plastics used
Pros: Bright display
Cons: Poor quality, noise

This is good product

While running, it makes noises inside the refrigerator. The ice maker is also noisy, and the water dispenser did leak. The doors in the freezer when rolling make a noise.
Pros: Realistic color

great function, value, space, and appearance

We've owned this fridge for over a year and we're very pleased with it! Roomy and maintains temps very well... I like the twin cool concept that does seem to help control the humidity in the fridge portion better. The interior is bright with LED lighting. Yes, the unit makes some odd noises once in a while when making ice or defrosting but our family doesn't even notice it anymore. We don't mind having the water tap inside rather than through the door... there's more space for bottles etc in the door instead. We like the dull stainless look also, because it hides the kid's fingerprints! We look forward to many more years of enjoyment with this quality fridge from Samsung.

Great refrigerator except the water dispensing button inside the refrigerator isn't practical with most cups. The button is sunked in to wear its hard to press the glass against it to get water to pour out. Everything else is great so far.
Cons: water button feature inside the refrigerator

Looks good and has a lot of nice features, BUT this product is the noisiest refer we have ever owned. And it's not just the ice maker doing its thing, although that may be the crux of our problems, but I think a fundamental flaw in design. Throughout the day--but especially noticeable at night--this refer cracks and bangs loudly during operation. And when I say bang I mean loud enough to wake us up in the middle of the night.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
