Won’t buy Samsung appliances again

bought this refrigerator in 2017 and the ice maker broker in a little over a year. the warranty expired. i called the helpline and they would only help if i bought another warranty.

Ice maker headaches

i’ve had my fridge for two years. during that time, the ice maker has died twice. with the amount of money i spent on repairs i could have purchased a much cheaper fridge with a better ice maker.

Old reliable and looks great

ice maker freezes up every 3 wks, have to defrost in order to make ice again. freezer periodically stops working. started 1 month after 1 year warranty ended. terrible product. dont buy!

the refrigerator lasted less than 5 years. within a year it was so loud while running we couldn’t sleep. after numerous seevice calls and countless hours of breaking ice chucks out of the unit i threw in the towel. this product was junk from day one. various service men commented on how the loved samsung refigeraors because they keep them busy! if less than one star was an option i would have chosen that.
