My refrigerator sucks

honestly i'm in tears over this i have had so many repairs done for ice on the back panel inside i have had the circuit board and ice maker replaced twice by your repair guys. now the whole unit isn't working and i bought in 2015 . i lost $400 in food and i'm now without a refrigerator and no more money for repairs i don't have money for a new fridge. hhgregg is out it business i $2000 for the unit. i'm really upset. if you want i make it right refund my money. i need a refrigerator these coolers i'm using aren't cutting it.

Not at all on this Refrigerator!

for the last three years, i have to replace the ice maker and fixed the frosting, which caused water leakage in vegetables & fruit and on the bottom of the cool select pantry. now, the frost is built up again and it is making a disturbance loud noise. i'll never buy a samsung refrigerator again and i do not recommend it to anyone. i'm so fed up with this refrigerator. the other samsung kitchen appliances are working so far.

i've had this fridge for less than 2 years and the ice maker won't work anymore. i've done the force defrost several times with no luck

One of the most worthless fridges out there

where do i start? first, the ice maker continuously freezes solid. for two years we have had issues with the air cirulation fan freezing solid as well. expensive to repair. and today, (3/1/21), it went into demo mode and there was no one near the thing all day as we were all at work. came home to a frdge full of ruined food. this thing is a bigger piece of junk than the samsung washer we just got rid of becase the bleach dispenser rotted out of it in less than 5 years. whatever you do, do not by samsung appliances. they should stick to phones only. oh and their tv’s aren’t much better either.

the refrigerator worked fine until it was exactly 3 days out of the warranty. there is something wrong with the electrical in the refrigerator. i am honeslty scared it will burn my house down.

ICE MAKER COMPLETE FAIL

dont buy this model if you plan on using your ice maker!!!! it freezes up every other week. we jave repaced the ice maker and doing the same thing. we have to run 3 to 4 defrost cycles before we can get ice again every other week. read many reviews about this same thing! people have filed suit and samsung refuses to address the issue or do a recall.

this fridge looks beautiful and when it works, it works great. the problem is that it has only worked correctly for a couple months since we purchased it.
over the past few years we've had 4 repairs to fix faulty sensors that over-cool the fridge and end up freezing food. our ice machine hasn't worked almost the entire time we've had the fridge as it's turned into a block of ice that can't be thawed unless the fridge is turned off for days.
do not buy this fridge and save yourself time, money, and hassle.
