trouble, hundreds spent fixg the ice & water function. replaced multiple water filters & housing. icing over, horrible sound. de-ice weekly. leaks ruined floor due to water problems-cost thousands.

need to replace back panel (very costly!) due to ice /noise /cooling problems. most appliance repair shops have stopped servicing this brand due to its poor reputation. a well known design flaw.

Horrible - Ice Maker is Constantly Broke

don’t expect the ice maker to work beyond six months. i should have taken the other reviews seriously - i thought people were just being petty. the issues with the ice maker are true. you will constantly be manually defrosting the ice maker or paying for repairs.
it id a shame because outside of this major issue the refrigerator overall is decent.

We love our Samsung Fridge. It has so much space and I love the fold in shelves. We have a snack drawer not shown in this picture. We use it for deli products and snacks for the kids. This is great when making lunches in the morning. We are so glad we spent the extra money to get what we want! It is truly with it, considering the life of the product. We will be using it for so many years!
Pros: Bright display, Durable, deli drawer, great layout

The Vertical Hinged Section on the fixed door is to low to engage the closing mechanism. This is either a design or assembly issue and either way, neither the door nor the hinged section is adjustable to correct the problem.
Cons: Did not meet expectations
