GREAT FEATURES AND VALUE

Recently purchased this refrigerator.Very useful interior layout and a great size.Freezer is large and also layout is very good and overall , the design shows that it was well thought out. The refrigerator has many helpful features as far as vegetable and fruit storage, and side door storage- interior lighting is top notch.The exterior fit and finish is attractively modern and it is a welcome addition to our kitchen.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Have only had frig for 4 weeks but so far has been great! It is much bigger than expected. But no complaints. During the holidays I finally had enough room to store everything. After not having an ice maker for several years these dual ice makers are wonderful. It does make a little noise when the ice falls but that's it otherwise its pretty quite. We live in a log cabin with open living and kitchen areas and we can't hear it running with normal activities. What I would change is the door storage on the ice maker side. It is small.
Pros: Bright display

Great if you need a stylish refrigerator that is very spacious. Fairly quiet and has a a great dual ice maker. I would recommend. We had issues from day one on the wide open pantry door coming off the track, and the plastic cracking on a shelf. My icemaker and water dispenser also mounted crooked and can't be adjusted. For the price paid I'd like the materials to be a bit more durable. They also can pay more attention to detail in QC when they pass a unit and there are cosmetic issues like the ice maker being off kilter. To be fair it seems like most if not all manufactures make major appliances to be disposable these days.
Pros: spacious, stylish
Cons: plastic flimsy on pantry, lighting could be better in some areas.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This product is huge

It stores so much I have yet to fill it up. It freezes very well and with two ice makers we never run out of ice. Very attractive design. I thought it might be too large for the space in our kitchen but it fits perfect. The only thing I could complain about is there is no butter dish. I am so used to having the butter in the door, it took some getting used to. It is energy efficient so we will see when our electric bill comes if it will save us any money. All in all I am very pleased with this product and would recommend it to anyone.

Almost Perfect

There are so many things that I like about this refrigerator, the lighting, room, and access.
There are a couple of things that I will get a service man out to look at. The water dispenser push lever must be pushed on the right half to get it to work so it must be explained to other users and is inconvenient. The other is more serious. The bottom ice maker only fills the bin maybe 1/2 full.
I have given it days, without removing ice, and it is only half full. I like the ice it makes though. There is NO reference to this icemaker in the owners manual. I must call for repair.

We're glad to hear you're finding so much to like about your new RF323TEDBSR, and would like to help you resolve the issues with the water dispenser and ice maker. If you haven't done so already, try resetting the lower ice maker by pressing the test button, usually located on the bottom front center of the ice maker itself. This should cause the ice tray to rotate, harvest the ice, then fill with water to make a new batch, so be sure to have the bin in place under it to catch any ice or water that's in the tray. Not what I expected

We bought new appliances when we upgraded our kitchen. We bought the Samsung RF323TEDBSR. The refrigerator looks good, roomy inside but the icemaker does not make the ice that it said it would. The icemaker also makes a very loud noise when dumping ice. It sounds like the ice is dumping in an empty ice tray every time it dumps. My dogs bark every time the ice dumps because they think someone is trying to break into my house. It is soooo loud!!! My last refrigerator is about 25 yrs old and never was this loud.
Pros: roomy
Cons: Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have purchased this product less than a month ago.I am very pleased with this product and its performance so far. The freezer has enough space to hold food for a large family and so is the refrigerator section which is very deep. It is a well designed product. Its lighting is fantastic with useful compartments.
