Samsung Refridgerator

I really like my new fridge. My food stays so fresh for such a longer period of time compared to my last refridgerator. The only thing that is frustrating to me is that you really have to push the doors shut or they don't close tightly. On the upside of that, the alarm does sound letting you know the fridge is open.
I would recommend this to a friend!

its been couple of months since we bought this Refrigerator, it is super big and not to worry about space.
Recommendation: Water/ice dispenser Menu options and design needs re-work.
Pros: Inexpensive, Durable
Cons: Not high def

I bought this refrigerator to replace our broken unit. I absolutely love it! Performance is awesome, inside lighting is impeccable, very quiet. Was nervous at first with the bottom freezer but very surprised by how much food it holds. Versatility of the shelves makes fitting large items a breeze. Dual ice-maker is great. Would highly recommend this unit to everyone!

Nice concept -Poor reliablity 31 cu. ft. French Door Refrigerator

The Good: Lots of space with 31 cu ft. Great door storage/ dual zone and dual Ice makers are convenient. Twin Cooling Plus provides less freezer burn and better humidity for fruits and vegetables.
The Bad: Refrigerator water filter is pricy. After a year things start to fail. The control panel glitched… The freezer section did not realize it was supposed to stay freezing and didn’t give an alert. The fix was simple turn the whole refrigerator off , wait 20 seconds and then turn back on. A basic reboot. But there was no indication that there was an error or that anything was wrong. The freezer had to be observed that everything was defrosting. The control panel on the front thought everything was fine.
Next problem if you do a search you will find that all of a sudden under the dell drawer a large puddle / iceberg forms… which eventually starts leaking on the floor. And no this isn’t caused by the water filter leaking or being a non-Samsung filter... all I use is Samsung filters and there was not a missing or additional gasket in the filter area.
I also had the LED module for the freezer fail – these things should last a good 20years.
The biggest problem is this refrigerator needs more than a year warranty … The compressor which has a 10 yr warranty is not the problem but the rest sure is.
I have attached a picture of the iceberg under where the deli tray goes... hard to get clear ice in a white interior but you can get the idea
Pros: lots of space
Cons: Poor quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
