Wow, What a awesome Fridge.

This Fridge is great. I love the double doors and the interior lighting is awesome. We needed the dual ice maker and they work fantastically. The water actually comes out cold. Not like my last fridge. The bottom freezer works great and I love the config options for the shelves.
Pros: Bright display, options, quiet

Very disappointed overall in this refrigerator

Since the day we bought and installed this refrigerator the left side door will not stay open on it's own. The right side door does stay open if opened all the way. You can open it all the way and it closes shut all on it's own, which is a real pain when you are trying to put something in the fridge which requires two hands to hold. It it very annoying. The builder of our home tried to fix it. My father tried every which way to fix it. We followed every instruction in the manual on how to level it and it did not work. Which, by the way it was level in the first place. We tried changing the height of the doors, taking off the hinge cover on top of the door to see if we could figure it out from there. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WILL FIX IT!
Several times the ice maker has frozen up and we have to figure out ways to de-ice the ice maker or else take everything out of the fridge to turn it off so the ice will melt. The ice maker in the bottom also quit working and since there is absolutely no help in the manual as to what the problem might be or what to check for we had to take everything out of the freezer and take all of the drawers out of the freezer (which again was an absolute pain because the manual is useless) so we could get down in the freezer and figure out what was wrong with it.

Fantastic Fridge

We bought this item for the space, and it has been well worth it. It is so much easier to find what you're looking for. The interior lighting is great, and access to the freezer is even better than we hoped for.
The unit also looks great in our kitchen, and the stainless exterior is fairly easy to keep clean.
Overall meets all of our expectations.
Top ice maker discharges ice a bit slower than our other fridge, but really not an issue.
We have an issue with the larger drawer in the top, but I haven't contacted Samsung for service so that is currently my fault, and not really an issue with the unit. I'm contacting Samsung today so I may follow up with service experience.
We love this fridge, and would recommend it highly.

More than we expected

Be aware that this is a large refridgerator. In order to get it into most homes, the doors will need to be removed. With this in mind, removing the doors (and putting them back on) was very easy. Once we got it set up, we were pleasantly surprised to find that it had 2 ice makers. We missed this in the description, but are very happy with this. And they don't take up much room! Love our new appliance!

I have no negative comments regarding this refrigerator. One suggestion would be to make the stainless steel magnetic, otherwise it has been excellent.

This thing is HUGE! Holds a ton of various sized items, well organized, energy efficient. Ice make a little noisy, but works well. In door ice and water tall enough for large containers. Control pad on door is cool. Love it!

Fantastic Refrigerator

I purchased this refrigerator after my last side by side Samsung went out. I got an awesome deal on this refrigerator and am totally in love with it. It's sleek design gives it the look we want for our kitchen and the two ice makers are phenomenal! Every summer when we have all of our 5 kids home, we would run out of ice with our last fridge...I am excited to test out the two ice makers this summer. Also, the interior design is fantastic-a lot of room for all necessities and more. I love the horizontal deli meat drawer. Also, the lighting is bright inside. The freezer has so much capacity that I fit a turkey and a ham in it, a long with all of our other frozen goods. This refrigerator rocks and I recommend it to everyone!
