Over all I’m very happy with this machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve owned this washer for many years now. It’s a workhorse and holds a large amount of laundry. I wash King sized comforters with zero issue. I use the extra hot sanitizing feature all the time - I love it! Two weeks ago, I was doing a load and heard the cycle finish. When I went to open the door, smoke came billowing out. A repair person came out to assess the issue, but that’s as far as we have come as we are still waiting to LG to tell us what will happen next.

I've had no problems with the pair for 4.5 years but the motor quit six months ago and I''m still waiting for warranty parts. I don't know where the communication fails, LG or the service tech. All should work out well eventually. The Motor is covered under a 10 year guarantee. We will see.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I have used the washer and dryer since 2013 with not a single problem except that some how the dryer and now recently each device got child locked and after getting in contact with your great service staff via telephone the problem was quickly resolved.
