Not good washer and getting an error

I am very disappointed with my order. I order it in November 2013 and it is only 5 months old and the problems started. I am getting de2 error message on my LCD screen. I really disappointed with this error and i am getting this error for all the loads and i am not able to operate it. I am thinking of taking of an extended warranty service. I never take extended warranty. I trust the brand name and i think for good products we don't need extended warranty.

I am overall disappointed

I own my WM for about two months. Even though it is early and I am open to change my views later, so far I am not impressed with the purchase of my LG washing machine. The machine washes OK, takes too long per cycle and there is nothing I can say impressive about the outcome of the washed clothes. Even though it has a lot of bell and whistles to set it up, there is no light inside the machine and you cannot see what is happening. A feature that would have helped.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Family Washer

This washer was for a family of 5 including a baby and two nurses so we needed a great washer. I spent days reading reviews from major consumer magazines, online reviews at stores and finally decided this was the one for us. We have had it for 3 months now and it is clearly a great investment for our family. I didn't necessarily think it was wise to spend over $1000 on a washer at first but we shopped around got a good price and have since realized it is worth every penny. Love the large capacity and sterilize settings for scrubs and baby accidents. Would reccomend to any family!

washer has loud "slamming" noise

Slamming noise can be heard from other rooms with doors closed. We were shocked at the noise considering the price tag. We are very disappointed.

Setting For More Wash & Rinse Water???

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I want my machine to use more water for a better wash and more thorough rinse. How can I set the machine for a higher water default setting? I have to manually add water for each cycle through the detergent tray...a real pain.

Not a long term purchase

Impressed with the features and size

After removing the door frame to get the washer into the basement I realized that it was worth the extra work to get this washer and dryer combination. It does everything I had read about it and more. My wife was so impressed she sat in a chair and watched it wash and dry a very large load. It didn't even fill the washer half full. Towels came out fluffy and my work clothes looked new where the steam function had removed the stain. Defently a best buy.
