This washing machine is so cool! Definitely worth the money! I can wash and dry a king size comforter and all the different cycles are great!

Huge washer.

I bought this washer along with the matching dryer. Great buy! My wife and I loves doing laundry now. We wash our queen size comforters with no problems. This thing is huge! Clothes come out clean and smelling good. I wonder how they do it considering they use so little water. It does take a little longer for wash though, that's the only complaint I have.

My husband works on small farm and in construction and gets very dirty, I wash his clothes in my new LG 5.2 washer and they come out clean. And can wash all my bedding. People told not to get a front loader. I am glad I didn't listen. I love my LG waher and dryer. We purchased the matching dryer also. I looked online at a lot of reviews and that had a lot to do with choosing the LG products. And the features are a big big plus in getting the washer and dryer.

Extremely Efficient High Capacity Washer

We have been very happy with our 5.2 cubic foot LG Mega Washer. We are using less water and electricity, fewer loads, and ultra clean clothes. It is so quiet we have to go check to see if it is operating. It is!!! LG's incredible customer satisfaction and suggestions for use make this company tops in the market.

I'm in love with my laundry!!!

I had to wait about 4 weeks to get my new washer and dryer. My old dryer died and my washer helped me get by while I waited. I am so in love with this washer I can not tell you how much better it is than the ones I had. (And I had top of the line before)
Thank you for making such a wonderful machine. It's cleaning is undeniable better, lots of choices on the clean cycle. I have mega capacity and it cleans all my king size bedding great. I can't believe it is not such a chore any more to do the laundry!!

Functions good but racks are rusting already

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a good product and has functioned very well. My only complaint is the racks are rusting already. The coating on end points has come off and started to rust already

LACK OF REQUIRED INSTALLATION PARTS

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You should provide a water pressure adjuster along with the hose that goes with the washer. I have never had a water pressure problem with any other appliance, nor do any of the appliances inside, or outside systems, have a problem. It is not appropriate for the house water pressure be reduced. This issue is unique to this product, so a water pressure reducer should be offered and the purchaser be advised that it may be required.
Due to surgery, I cannot move and reach the back of the machine to install. It’s not a plumbing issue, but a parts issue that needs addressing when it’s being installed.
My household plumbing is being subjected to movement until I can get this rectified.
