My main reason for getting this huge washer was because I have a lot of quilts, comforters, and blankets. I can wash them with no problem. I love the modern look and all of the features, I especially love that there is a light inside so I can see my laundry wash.

Since purchasing this machine I have not rewashed my husbands gym clothes because they still smell after being washed!

The best thing that ever happened to my laundry

Huge capacity -- a fluffy king size comforter fits and gets clean with ease. I can now do all my darks including jeans in one load instead of three. Saving me time and money. The LED lights are functional (no more lost laundry in the bowels of the tub) and elegant to look at.

I was looking for the biggest possible machine & this is it! It is so easy to use. My laundry has been cut in 1/2 by the huge size & can fit everything in there, including my Cal-King comforter. I would recommend this unit to anyone who is looking for an easy to use washer & that has a large family.

This is the BEST Washer I have ever owned.

I did thorough research on washers and dryers because I wanted top of the line washer that is quiet and could wash my king comforter. This is an amazing washer and I am so fortunate to have decided to go with LG. I keep telling my husband how wonderful it is. Don't let the technology scare you, it is very easy to use.

I've had my washer for 6 weeks now

and I feel I'm now able to give you all my take on this washer.
I have had front load washers for the last 20 of the 25 years I'm living in my home. I had the very first one offered here in the US and I loved everything about the front load washer.
My first 2 were excellent, just very small, as this was a new type of residential machine. My third, slightly larger turned out to be a very expensive lemon. The Lemon was replaced with the LG.
Awesome machine!!!!! I am washing clothing that the Lemon machine washed and the LG is getting out filth, yucko, that the Lemon did not get out. Make sure not to oversoap!! Small amounts of soap and bleach are all that's necessary to do a fabulous wash. Easy to use, huge, wonderfully quiet.....I actually enjoy doing laundry again. Thanks LG!!!!!

I've dreamed about having a commercial-sized laundry center ever since I started doing vacation rentals. Lets just say I wash a lot of sheets and towels. With the WM8000 I have no more bunching and knotting! What used to take 3 loads, now takes one. And the sanitary feature is great for piece-of-mind. I can't say enough how this machine has improved my quality of life.

I CANNOT IMAGINE NOT HAVING OUR LG 5.2 CU. FT. MEGA CAPACITY TURBOWASH™ WASHER WITH STEAM™ TECHNOLOGY AND THE 9.0 CU. FT. MEGA CAPACITY DRYER WITH STEAM™ TECHNOLOGY UNITS IN OUR HOME! OUR LIVES CHANGED DRAMATICALLY WHEN MY WONDERFUL, THOUGHTFUL HUSBAND OF17 YEARS PURCHASED THESE UNITS AFTER OUR OLD UNITS NEEDED UPGRADING. OUR HOME IS COMPLETLEY FILLED WITH ONLY LG PRODUCTS AND WE ARE SO PROUD TO OWN THEM!
