The washer is very good at its job. It is very quiet and efficient. The only problem is the end signal should be louder. It can not be heard in the next room. I certainly would recommend this to all my friends.

Wash Everything

This washer can wash the biggest blankets and comforters, as well as your most fragile nighties. It is easy to program and even the dirtiest work clothes come out clean!!! I highly recommend this washer. For me it was money well spent.

Cut my water bill by 1/3

I live in the City of Atlanta. Watershed Management is going through an audit of high water bills and I thought my account had been audited when I received my bill. Then I realized the audit hadn't started. This washer will pay for itself in less than two years just in water savings. The spin cycle is amazing - the clothes are just damp and I am saving money on the dryer electricity. LOVE this machine!

i love the turbo feature for it saves overall time on washing clothes which helps for i have a large family. this machine get the clothes really clean the delicate and hand wash cycles gets the clothes while not ruining the clothes. it is easy to use i really recommend this machine

So far its met expectations on cleaning. I work construction (drywall finishing) and it handles this mess well. The previous Duet washer we had wouldn't come close. The drywall ( dust) would find its way into the Duet dryer clinging to the sensor and causing 'no heat' on auto-dry. I had to use manual "timed" dry and the repair man was shocked to see the dust everywhere inside the dryer, caked in the turbine, etc. We still use the Duet dryer and no problems, so it's washing out everything down the drain. I took the dryer apart to confirm.
The wife loves it and i'm happy that a 'bells and whistles' appliance has held up for 2 years so far.... no board failures etc.

We bought this mainly for its size since we have a large family and it saves me so much time being able to dry everything at once or even so many different ways to dry. So glad we purchased this!

Bought the big capacity washer and matching dryer. Couldn't wait to try them out. What an amazing pair. It's just a thrill to watch the washer weigh the clothes, then decide how much water to use, which is really a small amount... The dryer is also amazing. Best washer and dryer we ever had. Got the matching bases for each also. Nice looking, heavy duty machines. Not only saving on water but also on the laundry detergent. Also don't have to do laundry as much due to the big drums. I would suggest these to anyone.
