I bought this washing machine to save on water usage and energy. Not only does it save water, but it does a GREAT job with all of my items, from delicates to horse blankets. If the manufacturing is still the same as when I initially purchased my unit, you can’t go wrong. Love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After purchasing this washing machine I waited to write a review in case of any unforeseen issues. I recently had to make 2 repairs. One was for the drain pump and the other was to replace the water valve system. Needless to say, these repairs were costly. I believe that with this machine being so expensive to purchase, such repairs shouldn't be necessary because you would think that they would use higher quality components. When you contact LG Customer Support, they provide you with a list of authorized repair personnel. I advise you to do your research regarding repair reviews because some of them had less than favorable recommendations.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
