The best washing machine I have owned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The features are great, you can adjust the settings on so many levels and the controls were easy to understand. I love how quite it runs and the happy chiming when the load is done. The biggest thing I have washed at home so far is our queen sized comforter and it came out perfect! It uses HE laundry detergent, which I appreciate. Also, I should mention that our house has a dog, and I love how clean my clothes are after using this machine! Truly the best washing machine I have owned!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love all the cycles available. However I am now in the process of replacing it. Although I did buy the same exact one because I do use many of the cycles. Only this time I bought the extended warranty.

Doesn’t last long

Loved it at first. With a high price point I would have expected it to last beyond 6 years. A part went bad that flooded our laundry room at four years of ownership. Now it constantly leaks from the door and the smell is awful even with wiping it down and doing monthly tub cleanings.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE SERVICE AGREEMENTS FOR THE LG PRODUCTS. I HAD A FIVE YEAR SERVICE AGREEMENT AND THE WASHER AND DRYER NEEDED SERVICE AND IT WAS NOT COVERED FOR THE DRYER. I AM

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have now owned this washer more then 7 years and I enjoy it almost daily. Love the functions and cycles. It broke down a few weeks ago. Customer service was great. The part was still under warranty. The repair man knew what he was doing. Switched the defected part out in no time and my washer is good as new.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I cannot say enough great things about this appliance. Clothes I had washed my old washer before this one always looked good. After I washed these same clothes in this washer, stains that I could not get out, were gone after one wash. This washer is so quiet. My adult children have commented on this. There is also a 10 year warranty on the motor. I have never seen this good of a warranty on any other appliance I have owned. I have the matching dryer and pedestals. I am considering replacing the pedestal under the washer with the small washing unit that fits under the big washer just as the pedestal fits.
