blah. I purchase this for less than two years, and it went off on me twice! my cored blew out on me so I had to buy a new one, now my fuse blew up and costing me couple hundred bucks just to get it replace. for as much as i pay for this product, it should have at least more than just a year warranty

Clothes are Badly Wrinkled

While I love the huge capacity of this dryer and the opportunity to dry so many different types of fabrics, I really just want my old dryer back. The number one feature that I need the dryer to do is to effectively dry things without wrinkles. I have had the dryer for two months now and have tried so many different ways to try to achieve wrinkle free clothes but none of them have worked. Light loads, medium loads, heavy loads. Air dry after regular dry. Steam dry. Taking out the clothes early, while barely damp, while slightly damp, etc., etc. I have never had so much difficulty trying to achieve less wrinkles. And the wrinkles are set in so hard that they are very difficult to iron out. All of my previous dryers just simply provided wrinkle free clothes, sheets and towels. I am no newbie to laundry and it just shouldn't be this difficult, ESPECIALLY for such an expensive dryer.

Great dryer, except for one HUGE problem

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, this dryer has worked very well. Plenty of cycle selections and plenty of room. The lint trap has a unique envelope design that can hold a ton of lint.
But this dryer has a huge problem that you encounter every time you use it. There are touchpad buttons along the bottom and each side of the display on the right. Black writing on dark gray buttons, with a black screen behind it. These selections are impossible to read! My laundry room has an overhead light, but absent a light shining directly on the touchpad, I have to squat down and get up close to make out what they say. There is no back lighting for these buttons. I cannot believe this design made it through product testing.
Pros: Features/Settings, Quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All is good with the product except the crushed ice dispensing that gets caught up and not freely moving through, and the ice that doesn’t pass melts and leaks down the door.
