[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator over 8 years ago and have not had any problems, except for the water filter. I'm unable to remove the filter. From what I read on the internet, the problem is that the rubber seal on the filter is stuck. Other than that, the refrigerator is great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this refrigerator in 2017. We have had to have the ice machine repaired twice. Then they had to change the seal on the freezer. And the latest this past month was the whole compressor. It stopped cooling completely. I am definitely not a fan. I didn’t give it 1 star because when it works correctly it works. Also, if you are a big ice user, the making capacity isn’t huge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Refrigerator functions but compressor needed to be replaced after 4 years, covered by class-action settlement warranty extension. Apart from the frustrating week lost with the repair, I would not buy this again - plastic door shelves break easily, ice maker is too small and discharge chute freezes too often, freezer inside-draw is flimsy, and water flow from external door is a trickle. And doors are not magnetic.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my fridge! It is spacious and easy to clean! I love that the freezer is on bottom because I am bending over less getting to the fridge. One thing I don't like is the ice maker. It sometimes get clogged up and it is slow to make ice even when I have on the fast making button. Also the water coming out of door dispenser isn't cold. I would go with an in freezer ice maker next time.
