SO disappointing!

Where do I begin? The shelves are very poorly made. The ice maker starts making a loud knocking noise because ice gets stuck in the ice cube tray so it will not spin as it should to release the ice cubes. Ice gets stuck in the ice dispenser in the door in a giant block of ice as though it is melting, but there is no indication of a cause. My last LG was wonderful, this one...I have no public appropriate words to adequately describe my disappointment and frustration.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fridge was bought in nov 2017. We have had to have the compressor fixed 2 times and LG has covered the repairs. This is a known problem with the fridge after we bought it. They gave us an extended warranty to cover further issues.
