Eight years old and compressor went out. LG warrants this for 10 years and replaced unit on their tab. I paid labor only. Works better than new now. LG has excellent customer service. Call 800 number and set up certified techs. in your area. Efficient people and service techs. arrive during window of time set up. Customer Service Is Key For Me!!! Stay with certified techs only.

I bought this refrigerator back in 2014 and this is by far the best refrigerator I have ever owned! I have never had any problems with the refrigerator. It’s easy to clean and other then replacing the door switches everything else has run fantastic. I would highly recommend this refrigerator to anyone.
