Beware Icemaker

Icemaker is dysfunctional. Ice cube tray does not fill with water yet goes through process of trying to empty with banging noise. (At night I turn it off.) Icemaker part of the LG refrigerator is substandard quality.

Icemaker Poor Quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Icemaker poor quality. Dysfunctional. Does not fill water ice cube tray with water. Continues to turn over and try to empty no ice. A friend has a LG w/icemaker and has same problem. Finally turned it off as I do at night so I don't have to hear bang, bang. Would like to send pic but website won't allow

Icemaker Nightmare

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Inherited LG in purchase of home from woman who purchased it 12-02-15. Icemaker is a dysfunctional nightmare. Ice tray dies not fill with water but functions like it is emptying cubes with bang, bang. I know 2 other LG owners who have the same issue. It has to be turned off at night to avoid bang, bang. I'm retired widow who cannot afford what LG said it would cost and there is no local Indianapolis repair.

Just what I needed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am enjoying my new side by side LG refrigerator. It is sleek and looks perfect in my kitchen and blends in seemingly with my other appliances. My new LG gives me plenty of room in the freezer side as well as the refrigerator side. And finally, I have an ice maker that makes plenty of ice for me.! Everything I store inside the refrigerator is so easy to reach. All my food items are able to be placed exactly where they are easy to get to, which is not what I had in my previous fridge. I really couldn’t be more pleased with my LG side by side refrigerator.

I wish I could write some good thing here .All i say is ,i have been calling for my refrigerator for over 2 years with no result and asking me if am enjoying my refrigerator,enjoying my not working refrigerator!!!???WOW
