Perfect!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had refrigerator for 2 months, and absolutely have no complaints. This is my first new refrigerator in about 16 years. Love all the features, plenty of storage space in fridge and freezer. Was a little hesitant about french door model but very happy I decided to go with this one.

Improvements

But there are some improvements that LG can do: - Add an egg and butter tray. - Put more lights on the doors. - Have a thermostat setting next to the 'Glide & Serve Drawer'. - Add a 'bar' inside top across the bottom freezer door--can put canned juices, i.e., frozen lemonade and orange juice. - Ability to adjust shelves from the very FIRST slot.

Ice maker always clogs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So we've owned this for about 2 years. Here's the lowdown: (all items have been this way since day one).
1. Looks great.
2. Lots of space.
3. Noisy motor.
4. Ice in icemaker clogs near door. Every day, have to take out bin and unclog.
The icemaker is worthless to us - as we have to remove it every day to get ice out. The ice at the bottom melts slightly and re-freezes. It's a design flaw. Yes, we've tried everything to mitigate this. Needs redesign/recall.

It also has a really nice ice maker. After having used it for 3 years we are still very pleased with the unit. When we shop for appliances we look for LG first.

Love my fridge!

Best investment EVER!! This refrigerator makes no noise, the ice cubes are the perfect size. The sleekness of the look is engineered flawless. All the drawers pull out easy, the shelves are adjustable. The lighting inside has the right amount of brightness. LG thank you for making the BEST FRIDGE EVER.
