Lots of space

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our first refrigerator with a water dispenser and an in-door ice maker. We were concerned for the lost space, but this is such a roomy frig that the rest of the space makes up for the lost space in the door.
Pros: Style/Design, easy to use

Good Fridge - except for heavy door

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this refrigerator to replace a 7-year old Samsung (of the same style) whose compressor quit. I love the fact that this LG has a 10-year compressor warranty! So far, we like it very well; however, the left-hand door is extremely heavy since it houses the ice maker. Unlike the other door, we cannot just let the door close -- the weight of the ice maker causes it to slam shut each and every time. So with the good (more shelf space!) comes the bad (a heavy door which slams). Otherwise, I think it is a nice appliance.
Pros: Features/Settings, easy to use

My new refrigerator

The ice maker just doesn't dispense ice consistently.
The outlet chute gets clogged and requires an ice pick and 20 minutes to rectify.
The fix is only good for two days, then we start all over again.

The rest of the refrigerator is OUTSTANDING!
Great, evenly distributed temperature. (ie: no cold spots)
