[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am amazed at how much space there is. I am able to keep it much more organized. The shelves in the doors are great and the drawers are great as well. I am getting used to the freezer - I wonder if one more drawer in the freezer would be good,
Pros: Style/Design, ease of use, Quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When buying a refrigerator for our new house, we knew exactly which one to buy. This offers so many features and benefits. The ice maker is within the left door. No more taking up valuable space inside. It is compact yet delivers the perfect sized ice cubes. Runs silently, lots of room with shelves that can moved up or down to fit your own needs. So happy with our selection. We would highly recommend this refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this because of the price, it looks so nice and sleek. We love the soften butter feature, it actually softens the butter and does not melt it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not one who goes the stainless route. I like classic white because I think it literally helps brighten the kitchen and I like a well lit kitchen so I stick with white appliances. This also gives me as much exterior surface area for magnets and sticky notes so my fridge doubles as a launch and communications center. LOL.
Top to bottom, I like the fold in shelf when you get something tall that you want to keep cold. I like how the two middle shelves interlock (it's tricky to get it right though) to give the shelf added stability. I love that the drawers are on rollers so you don't get the drawer squelch as you pull one open or push it in. The small snack drawer...I have to admit, I rolled my eyes at it in the store and oddly enough immediately became my most used drawer (perfect for individual yogurts, cheeses, deli meats, sodas on their side, etc.). The through the door ice maker takes up a lot of interior fridge space, and the cubes are small, but it's also the first one I've ever had that didn't constantly clog so I'm very happy with that. I also like the pull out shelf on the door for the ice/water dispenser. I use it all the time to fill the coffee pot each morning.
The freezer door has an ergonomic lift up handle that I love. And there's enough space in there for me to do all that I do as part of my normal cooking routine. So, I'm happy with that too.
My only complaint is that the fridge doors do close very heavily if you just push and let them go (once you have them stocked with items). So just be aware of that if you have people in the house who don't take care when closing an appliance door. It's hard enough that it can make the fridge walk a bit out of position.
All in all - love it. It's my first LG appliance and I'd recommend it without reservation.

Huge refrigerator!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this refrigerator for almost 2 months and so far so good. It’s definitely nice to look at and It is huge inside and has been a lifesaver for the holidays with meal prep and storage. Now for the cons: the stainless steel is a smudged mess if you have little kids (as I do) and I feel like I’m always cleaning hand and fingerprints off of it. Also, even though there are plenty of shelves they don’t really accommodate gallons of milk or juice without sacrificing the shelf above it. Last but not least, I would imagine that the mullion won’t last long if you have kids opening and closing the doors roughly.

Good but not great LG French Door LFX 28968

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is nice having a new refrigerator, especially having an in door ice and water dispenser and crisper drawers that do a fabulous job keeping the fruits and vegetables fresher for much longer. It's nice that with a French Door I can see everything on the shelves as opposed to my old Side by Side where things were always getting buried in the back. like that the ice maker is in the door so it does not take away from the refrigerator space. Temperature is different on every shelf in refrigerator but I have adjusted to that. The water from the dispenser is not cold so I always have to use ice. Unfortunately, the ice cubes are 'warm' so they melt very quickly even in an insulated travel mug, necessitating that I get fresh ice and water frequently. That would be a problem for a family since the ice storage bin is not that large. I love the idea of a French Door so I only have to open one door. Unfortunately because the left door has a lip that extends to the right when closed, I cannot open the crisper drawer on the right more than half way. Also it would be more convenient if the 'Glide N' Serve Drawer' for colder foods like meat and cheese that is under the crispers were 2 or 3 drawers instead one that extends the whole width of the refrigerator. This way I still have to open both doors. All in all it is still nice having a new refrigerator.
Pros: Style/Design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm so glad to have a good water filter in my refrigerator. No more bottles, no plastic waste to litter the earth. Easy to replace, with notification on the refrigerator info center. It's convenient and easy to use. Makes this little corner of the world a bit simpler.

NOT VERY IMPRESSED

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have bought LG products, through the years but NOW re-thinking. The door seal(s) failed and they replaced it. NOW, we have a valve, where the water line goes in, to make the ice. This has failed and leaked all over our floor and RUINED IT! When we rolled the fridge forward, the compressor, motor ALSO has run "WARM-HOT" and burned that area of the floor.
