Now have the refrigerator for about 10 days. Every thing is great except for a horrible taste in the water system which after several phone calls, two water filters and a visit by a mechanic still has not been resolved.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only had fridge 3 weeks, so far so good. The only improvement that could be made is a covered compartment on door for butter. Also ice storage needs improvement ( ice gets stuck together.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The new LG French Door replacing a three year old Frigidaire is unbelievable. so much more usable shelf space. Great freezer compartment with the pull out ice tray. Very easy to store and find items. Black Stainless fantastic "No fingerprints showing", Very quiet. Can't believe we waited so long to replace the Frigidaire.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When failure first occurred, frig and freezer would not cool to the set point and unit was noisy. Eventually ice maker stopped working and freezer wouldn't get cooler than 34 deg F even though set at minus 4 deg F and frig wouldn't get cooler than 41 deg F though set at 34 deg F. Compressor replaced under warranty (parts only) and unit will still not cool to set points.
