[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family and I are very happy with our LG refrigerator. My 9 y/o daughter can operate the ice and water, unlike our previous side by side (with some issues). Additionally, this model's ice output is a little less than we were used to, but the extra ice bin and the ability to increase the output ice production and store extra in the freezer solves our needs. I also enjoy the wifi connectivity, which lets me monitor the unit as well as turn extra ice production on and off from anywhere. We upgraded from a 22.6 cubic foot unit and are pleased with how much extra space this product has given us.

Very unreliable ice maker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall the size of refrigerator is very nice, but I have this product 19 months and the ice maker has been repaired once and replaced once. Still it just stops making ice and I must unplug refrigerator for a minute or so before plugging back in for it to start working again. Considering the cost of this product, it should perform better.

A lemon and worse customer service

My LG is only 1.5 years old. Under warrantee and the compressor went. Now almost 2 weeks after I complained to LG it is still not fixed. Lousy refrigerator and even worse customer care!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had this refrigerator for a few years and it's great. However, I never thought to look into the icecube dispenser but one day I did and saw mold. Was easy to clean. I'll now look up into the dispenser more often.
