Unreliable and would never buy again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this new in 2016, and we've had the technician out 4 times in the last 12 months. He'll be back again once more parts arrive. No wonder there was a class action about these pieces of crap. I feel sorry for anyone else that bought one.

Died in less than eight years...what a waste!
