[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this new in 2016, and we've had the technician out 4 times in the last 12 months. He'll be back again once more parts arrive. No wonder there was a class action about these pieces of crap. I feel sorry for anyone else that bought one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loved this fridge till it died from a faulty 'sealed system' which was barely out of warranty. Also was real pleased with the ice maker...replaced that mechanism a couple years into it use, and it clogged up too often.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It took a month for them to find a repairman and them get to my home for repair. Once here the repairman did an excellent job.
Working fine the first it was working great ande started freezing my vegetables and all items on the the top side and making ice on the freezer.... we use to travel a lot and have no time to call when still had protection, then COVID-19 and finally now waiting for service, no idea how much we have to pay por it
