[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased the fridge in 2017 and needed a new compressor in 2022. Appliances should last longer than five years. Thankfully it was covered under warranty or recall or something.
Please note: the LG dishwasher we purchased in the appliance package has been a complete nightmare. We’ve spent more on repairs than the original purchase price. There is always something going wrong with it. Will never buy LG again.

The on door ice maker started leaking water when ice tray is filling. It causes frozen ice inside and on the ice bucket. It clumps the ice together so it cannot dispense from the door.
