Spacious, Exceptional Design,Great Produce Storage

When we had to replace our refrigerator suddenly, we searched Consumer Reports and then checked inventory in local stores. I buy a lot of produce, and most newer refrigerators are unable to accommodate it all in the bins. Not so, for this well designed frig. We love the lighting, the quiet operation (don't hear the icemaker on the other side of the house), and the space. I knew I'd enjoy the refrigerator, but was unsure of the bottom freezer. I have come to love it, too. The divider and sliding tray have allowed me to arrange and easily retrieve food without having to rearrange the freezer to do so. My favorite feature is the ability to fill pitchers with either ice or water from the door. I also find that the stainless on this refrigerator seems to stay a lot cleaner and resist handprints more than my previous stainless refrigerator

We purchased this product 5 weeks ago, and are very happy with it so far. I say so far because we are still learning new things about it. This product has great shelf space, & depth. The machine is silent you do not hear it run. This product is so large that when we transferred the food from our old 2 door it looked like we had nothing to eat. would recommend to anyone , just a great product. Love it

Disappointed with LG

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My girlfriend is a big fan of LG appliances, but I was skeptical. We bought this refrigerator for a house we were building. It looks great and the freezer has plenty of space, but those are the only two things I like about it. The water filter leaks and leaves puddles of water on the top shelf, the ice maker freezes up every time we use it and has to be manually cleared out and the meat/cheese drawer is not easily accessible (both doors have to be open to get anything in or out - if it had a little flap on it like other LG models this wouldn't be an issue). This will likely be the last LG product I buy. I'm just not impressed with the quality all.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Poor Ice Maker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had to get rid of it as after many, many tries to repair the icemaker all attempts were unsucessful. The refrigerator part was roomy and that I loved about it.

Each repair came with a story of why thisfox would last, but the next failure always came. Finally. we bought a new non-LG refrigerator.

Bulky feature difficult to move

Bought this last November was delivered January, 2015. The refrigerator is too hard to move. As a disabled Veteran I cannot move this appliance at all and will never be able to clean behind it or service it. When the wheels are only touching the ground I cannot move it at all. Something this large should only need a gentle pull to move it but not this fridge and because of it I will never buy another LG product.
