GE Smooth Front is Terrible

We have had our GE Smooth French Door Refrigerator for 2 hours. GE puts the protective wrapping on in such a way that between us and the installation people the plastic wrap is still not all off. To make matters worse this product scratches so easily it is impossible to clean. Just for the record there are no children in our home and my wife and I are each in our early 60's. Not exactly a hazardous area here. So here is my question GE...What do you intend to do to correct this problem with my 2 hour old refrigerator? I await your response!

The refrigerator keeps water cold, has easy access to the freezer and the door shelves are large and handy.
