Good machine - IF you can stand the noise

We updated from an older GE refrigerator for more space. The features are good but what we didn't want was the noise that came with the new machine. My 14 year old GE could only be heard if you were standing next to it. This machine can be heard 50 feet away - honest! Also the ice maker has less capacity than the old refrigerator and the wide delivery port scatters ice all over the floor. You need a wide mouth container to catch the crushed ice.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have had this for about 2 months it is a good looking fridge but the compressor is pretty loud when it is running. It's ice and water dispenser has a tendency to splash and shoot ice on the floor. I would make the meat draw two draws instead of one long draw.
I would recommend this to a friend!

So far refrigerator is great. Spacious, sleek looking...quiet. Only wish they made this in old style version that was fingerprint-less. I ordered black to match my other kitchen appliances and kitchen decor'...I hate stainless steel for same reason...too many fingerprints....I know there is new version SS that is now fingerprint less..but old style with texture was great for this. Not sure why they no longer make this old style fingerprint texture. Otherwise, appliance is great. Also wish they made the new Artistry Series black refrigerator in a larger size. It is too small for our family but super nice looking and only has 2 doors...which I would prefer. My husband and boys complain about having to open 3 doors now for French Door style.

Best refrigerator I ever owned

I actually purchased the refrigerator Dec 2013, but just installed it June 2014. Very happy with the overall performance, ease of installation. The contact paper was a bit much, but overall, I am happy.
