I had to buy another holster as they kept breaking. You did stand behind them but the shipping cost was almost as much and buying new so I bought new. So glad you have my size of iphone.
I’ve bought the Defender case in past and was pleased with the quality. But it seems that your quality control has gone downhill. The holster doesn’t fit XS phone and it keeps falling out. I’ve had to duct tape the middle brace but it’s small help.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Otterbox Defender Case cured my issue. The iPad computer was for some reason bowing and there was an 1/8th inch opening on the sides of the device. The computer was stationary most of the time so it is hard to know what caused that. Instead of tapping the sides together (tacky) the purchase of the Otterbox sealed the sides like it was brand new. GREAT PRODUCT.
Great a simple thing that does it’s thing. Your clip the phone in your feel it click it stays in place the only reason I ever have to replace them is breaking the clip off the back getting caught on things
Otter Box is great for offering replacement components for the Otter Box Defender cases. It means having access to anything I need to keep my Otter Box case complete so it can continue to protect my phone.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not a secure fit

I am a huge fan of Otterbox’s Defender series and have been happy with previous versions for my iPhone’s and an old iPad Air. However, the design for the iPad Air 3 missed the mark. The screen cover on this model is loose and I often have to add more pressure than usual to select something or add my password. On top of that, the rubber (?) shell around it does not secure to the plastic shell and corners fall off regularly. One core is visibly loose from the shell. I have been dealing after only a few months of owning it so it is not after years of use. I am just at the limit of tolerance now.
