Works great now

It took months to get the right service company and person, but now that all is reset correctly, my Samsung dishwasher works great. Buy from small reputable firm that will price match the big box stores, purchase the extended warranty (no manufacturer still makes a product good enough not to) and make sure to ask for the most experienced service person. Don't just accept whomever they may send, you may get a kid who calls others in the phone, texts while working, and has no idea what to do. Right now my dw cannot be beat for the quality of clean.
Pros: works looks good
Cons: must be set up properly., can be reset to never work properly again.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We still like it, with one minor complaint

This is an update after my wife and have lived with his dishwasher a couple of months. We've decided we'd prefer the silverware baskets on the front of the bottom rack, rather than the front. We have to pull out the rack all the way out to load silverware, rather than just opening the door and dropping it into a front basket as we did with our old dishwasher. If you tug on the rack a little to hard, it may end up on the kitchen floor. But overall, we're pleased, as my previous review pasted below will show:
This dishwasher meets all our needs, and we especially like its quietness, its solid build, and its warranty on electronics. We have had no problems with washing or drying, as other reviews have noted. We usually rinse dishes lightly before loading, and we use a rinse aid as the instructions say. We also wait a while to unload dishes, letting the stored heat finish drying them. If we use the sanitize (extra-heated water) option, the dishes come out clean and bone-dry. Maybe we're not demanding enough, but so far we're pleased.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, durable stylish stainless steel, basic features we need
Cons: silverware baskets on side rather than in front.

This is a great product except for drying

we got a great deal on this dishwasher and have been very pleased with it. The only thing I wish was better is the drying, this dishwasher really could use a heating element. other than that it does a great job cleaning and is very quite.
Pros: Durable, Lightweight, quite
Cons: the water level switch failed in 8 months

The condensation drying system used in the DW7933 is designed for efficiency and helps to prevent damage to items if they should fall to the bottom of the Dishwasher during the cycle. To maximize the drying performance, be sure to use a rinse aid and select the Sanitize cycle, as appropriate.

Does an excellent job cleaning however it is difficult to load. My old dishwasher (an Admiral) held far more than this Samsung and was easier arrange the dishes for maximum capacity. Glasses fall over on the top rack when I pull the rack out or push it in. I can only put about 3/4 of the amount of dishes in this dishwasher which means I have to run it more often than I did my old dishwasher.
Pros: Inexpensive
Cons: not enough capacity

Dishwasher stopped working after the third load due to internal leakage.
Cons: Poor quality
