This product is awful.

I have had many phones and this was by far the slowest and most unreliable. It freezes constantly and can not complete simple tasks. It has very low memory and has a small amount of photo memory available. The picture quality lessened within the first month. The phone tells me i have a message and when I go to view it, there is nothing and the notification will not go away. Rebooting the phone does not work and it takes a large amount of time. I do not recommend this phone to anyone. It is a waste of time and money. LG did not do a good job at all on this phone.
Pros: Performance
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy to use

I have had this phone for about a year and a half and I love it. I picked it because many of the reviews said it was great for a first time smart phone user. I have always been a fan of the LG and will continue to be a fan. Love the ease of use and thought the pictures it takes a really good. Battery doesn't last as long as it used to. When I upgrade it will be another LG.
Pros: easy to use, Features/Settings

Good phone but lacking on storage

8GB storage, split it two sections of 4GB. System data takes up most of the the System Memory, leaving little room for apps. 4GB of Internal Memory is pretty much wasted because most apps will only run on the System Memory side. I have a 14GB Mini SD but all that is good for is pictures and music. Calling it expandable memory is very misleading. The phone needs to allow all apps to run from Internal Memory. I regularly get Delete Files messages because there is so little available room in the System Memory. I usually have to go back through all the bloatware Google apps that cannot be uninstalled or moved and uninstall the updates to free up memory. Very frustrating and that is holding this phone back from being a very good phone.
Pros: Performance, Features/Settings

Claims to be very viewable, outside but it is not. Often screen touch is too sensitive. Two worst problems: 1) can not set different notifications sounds for different events and 2) pre-installed "Lets Golf" game is big security threat with unbelievable privledges and not removable which auto starts on phone boot.
Pros: Style/Design
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I like this phone for the price, but the battery life is mediocre at best. Even after a battery pull out and reboot the wifi does not work unless you go to settings then turn of wifi and turn it back on. Other than that after buying a SD card this phone can do almost anything pretty fast.

I like the ease of use, but it has flaws, as everyone knows these new phones eat up battery life. The text typing will freeze on you at times. Limited Apps compared to the IPhone I gave up. Easy to flip from screen to screen

My first smartpone

This is my first smart phone and my third LG phone. Easy to set up and understand. Some preinstalled apps force use of 3G data rather than wifi though. Overall a pain free experience for a smartphone n00b! Wife wants an iPhone, but after playing with mine I think she is sold on sticking with LG. My last LG went swimming with me for 5 minutes. Dried it in rice and a couple days later it fired up when plugged into a charger! Hows that for LG quality? I knew I better upgrade though. Can't comment on performance yet, only had it 3 days and not loaded with a lot of apps.
