Don't buy!!!! Defective ice maker design

We're very pleased with the look of the refrigerator. The interior is well lit and it's easy to find what you're looking for quickly. Door pockets should be deeper, however, as they are too narrow for many packaged products. We're delighted with our purchase and will consider more Samsung appliances in the future.

Mold in fixed drip tray and shelf coating peeling

i love the configuration of my samsung chef collection (rf24j9960s4) refrigerator! what i do not love: the ice maker - being replaced for the second time because ice clogs on the right side of ice maker. what i don't love is the large shelf trim began to bubble and peel and i am told this is not a warranty item. its defective! the other shelves are fine. what i don't love is the fixed drip tray under the removable drip tray has trapped water under it and mold is present! this is ridiculous for a refrigerator that otherwise is such high quality. very disturbing that there is no way to get this mold out from under this fixed tray. help samsung!!

Packs a lot of Punch!

Enormous amount of storage area for a counter depth fridge. With so many shelves and nooks, it's easy to stay organized. The layout allows for easy viewing (won't have to move the milk for everything). Physically the fridge feels strong, durable, and a little masculine with a feminine touch. The quality is just jaw dropping. Oh, and for those who have more fresh than frozen ingredients, this is the fridge for you! The Flex option is so practical!
Pros: Durable, beautiful design, low fingerprints, sparkling water
Cons: dooor will close heavy if not propery leveled

Great Refrigerator

After doing extensive research, we bought this refrigerator and we love it. By far the best fridge we've owned! Sparkling water feature has become the favorite of everyone in the house. We highly recommend it to anyone looking to buy a new fridge.
We bought the fridge through a local vendor and the delivery crew didn't know how to align the doors correctly. We had to call Samsung to come out to fix it, which the technician did in 3 minutes! If we had to buy this fridge again, we would buy through Samsung directly so we don't have to deal with 3rd party vendor who are not familiar with Samsung products.
Pros: sparkling water feature
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Fridge

We have owned the fridge now for 2 months and can't believe how great it keeps fresh fruit and vegetables. I bought fresh parsley and it last 2 weeks, amazing. The soda stream feature works great. I would highly recommend.

With so many companies providing so many refrigerators, the choice becomes really difficult. With that said, Samsung as a brand stands on top of all. As soon as we saw the chef collection from Samsung, we knew this is the refrigerator that we want. Yes, it's a little expensive but it's worth every penny. This is exactly what is called "Companion For Life".
Pros: Bright display, Durable, artistic
Cons: could have added a small lcd watch to it
