I have been using Otterbox from their inception and never failed me. Great product and even greater support if you need it. I did a few years back, the superb screen protector they send you with the case got scratched up after a year or so of use and I contacted them trying to buy a couple more. I received one free. I did not expect that!

Good, fits in pocket very well. Have not dropped it yet, so I don't know about the durability. The back in slick and the front is rubbery, It causes problems if I am trying to use to phone while it is lying flat on the table, it slides everywhere, but, if the back were not so slick it probably would not slide in my pocket so easily. The screen protector seems to be good too, my last one was getting scratched with just my finger, this one so far (about a month) isn't yet scratched.

It's a good case but the edges are very slippery. I had to add non-slip tape to avoid dropping the phone. I like the rubber covers for the audio jack and USB connection.
