Love everything about this! Lite, Cordless, Cleans like a Boss,the Color..the design, the ease of use- cleaning is a breeze!!, the 2 in 1 is jus Awesomeness! and the swivel head..life jus totally got 100 % easier lol...Seriously tho! Love IT! :)

Can not be used alone to clean bare floors

I purchased this and was so excited. Got home put it together, and charged it. It was killing me to have to wait to try it..lol I have floating floors in 2 rooms and linoleum in 4 and it was killing me trying to keep then clean, because I have several food that are in and out all day. The next day I removed it from the charger and proceeded to clean the floors. I had it on high, but I kept noticing that I was still feeling dirt on the floors, being I was bare footed. I thought maybe I was vacuuming top fast so I slowed down, and still I felt the dirt under my feet. So then I put it on low thinking maybe it was just going to fast and throwing dirt out from under it. It does a good job picking up dust and hair, but by the time you spend having to go over and over the floors and still not getting up ask the dirt, the battery does not last long enough to finish the floors. So I have to clean it out and charge again before I can finish. You also have to empty the collector cup and spring clean the filter sometime twice in one room. I guess if you are just looking for something to pick up dust and hair that is left after you sweep it would be a good product

Great while it worked

Fantastic, powerful, practical. Until the battery stooped holding a charge, now only runs for about 2 minutes. Problem started in March and have not had time to address and now I am , I see I ma out of the year warranty, I think it's a shame that this is such a fabulous and useful product rendered useless by a battery that won't hold a charge and I don't appear to be able to replace. Would love input from Customer Service. Have been on hold 30 minutes.
Disappointed, wasted $100.

problem: batterie

A got this cordless electrolux for quick floor pick- ups. At first it worked well, but then I noticed the charge didn't last that long. Then, the battery indicated it was fully charged, but when I tried to use it died after 5 seconds. Been in a corner since them, and I don't know what to do with it. If I knew a new battery would do the trick, I'll get a new one, but after reading the rewiews, now I know it wasn't my fault to overcharged the battery, almost everyone had the same problem with it. Electrolux should give us our money back or replace batteries for free.

So, I actually came onto this site today thinking they might be a recall on this product. I bought this a few months back and it is horrible. There is a definite design flaw in the suction. I have a cat and a husband. My cat tosses litter out of the litterbox and my husband drops coffee grounds on our tile floor. This thing pics up neither, it just shoots the litter and coffee grounds backwards. I end up just turning in circles trying to get them up, then finally just pull out my broom. There was one leaf on my tile floor the other day and I kid you not, wouldn't even budge. Love the cordless, but geez, it's not a good vacuum.

This product is not worth the money. Problem is the battery pack. After few uses, the battery dies or loses so much power vacuum does not work. To replace battery pack costs almost as much as the vacuum. Just sitting in the closet right now doing nothing. Cant even give it away as is.
