Just used this for the first time and I am very pleased. It did a wonderful job on all the tile and wood floors. The wood work cleaning feature is sooo cool. I loved the fan cleaner attachment. We have four ceiling fans and cleaning them always meant a headful of dust. I have one minor complaint...how about a real dusting tool?!? You know , for the furniture. Round, bristles the old fashioned one. I tried some from my other vacs and nothing fit. I would love that. The bullet shaped one you give is just not what I need. But all in all, I am pleased and would highly recommend this to a friend.
I bought this vacuum about 2 months ago. The suction power is very low to begin with, the vacuum has hard time picking up even dust from tile floors! I have to constantly empty and clean the canister even at 1/4 full to get some kind of cleaning power. If I don't then the motor starts getting hot and the suction goes to virtually zero. After about 6 uses the vacuum simply ceased. I would not recommend this model to anyone.

I purchased this thinking wow this is a great product. I should have returned it but I didn't it now lives in its carrier. It gets really hot and shuts itself off in less than half an hour, and it has little suction. Very disappointed, mine certainly doesn't work like the one in the video!! Glenda

Hey Pomskie, We're here to help! It could be time to rinse out your filter. Remember to only rinse it with water and let it dry for 24 hours. If that does not help, we ask you to make sure the dirt inlet tube is not clogged. If it is, remove the nozzle and then remove the clog. This should increase your suction! If you still run into issues, please call our customer service team at 1-800-321-1134. Thanks! Cierra
I purchased this vacuum for my hardwood floors which I didn't want to get scratched--it works wonderfully. The 360 pulls up the dirt from between the spaces & is light enough I can easily maneuver at 65 years old. The microfiber pad is soft yet still allows the vacuum to pull dirt in. While we don't have any pets I have long hair & haven't seen a strand on the floor since using. I had to get this model because it has such a nice long cord. Hubby used it on the ceiling fan blades & he said it worked wonderfully--know dust floating through the air.
I wanted a light weight vac for hard floors. It seemed it would be but it is awkward because the top is heavy even though overall the vac is light. The vac plugs up at the top of the bag less area and gets very hot and honestly you are just running the vac around with the thing getting hotter. The bag less part is very difficult to remove and empty. I have to have someone else get the thing open to empty it. This thing can't pick up a peanut skin or little pieces of paper off a hard floor. Very disappointed with this product. The attachments are useless and clunky - they just take up space in the closet.

Hi granny! We don't want you to feel disappointed in your 360° Reach™ Pro Bagless Stick Vacuum. We want to help. Since the unit is motor operated, it's normal for it to heat up as it's used. If there's a blockage of airflow to the motor, this can cause the unit to overheat. It can be reset by unplugging from the wall for 60 minutes. In the meantime the blockage will need to be removed to restore proper airflow. Please give the following steps a try:
1. Remove and empty the dirt cup. 2. Rinse the filter and allow it to air dry for 24 hours before using. 3. Pull out the red cyclone and wipe it clean with a dry rag or paper towel. Do not rinse. 4. Press the silver exhaust cover release button to access the exhaust filter. Rinse and allow to air dry for 24 hours before using.
For optimum performance we recommend emptying the dirt cup and cleaning off the filters after each use. This will help keep a clear pathway for airflow to the motor. If further assistance is needed feel free to give us a call at 1-800-321-1134 M-F from 8am-6pm EST. We're here for you!
Bought this 3 months ago. After 15 min it shut down. Couldn't figure it out. Started up again later but little to no suction. Took all the pieces apart and thought I had cleaned them. Yesterday, after having it sit useless for all this time I decided to really investigate. After looking at the filter, which I thought I had cleaned, I realized dust/crud was in between the 2 non removable filter sheets. Tried to use a toothbrush at the sink. Finally resorted to a hose with a nozzle directing a forceful stream. Still couldn't get it completely clean. What a ridiculous design. Would never buy again. Suction much better today but after 10 min, filter almost completely blocked. No way to clean

Hi shellyn, Check for clogs in the dirt inlet and the hose. You can remove clogs from the hose by pushing a broom through the wand. We recommend rinsing the filters after 4-6 uses to maintain optimal performance. Let us know if you need any further assistance!
This was not such a good purchase. It is hard to handle and he cord is way too heavy. I have used this item twice and have had to spend a lot of time just cleaning it after each use. I would love to return it!!!

Hi Suzyqtong! We appreciate the time you took to review your 360 Reach Pro. We strive to provide the best products possible to our consumers. We will pass your comments along. Thank you!
I bought this a month ago and already the canister broke. The little button that you lift to empty it broke so now I have a rubber band holding it together. It has good suction but the out put hole that leads to the canister gets all tangled with the dirt and stays there and does not go into the canister. Then the canister has to be clean all the time even though there is hardly nothing in it. Because it gets all clogged up at the exit point. I think it is a design problem.

Hi MAC10! If the canister for your 360 Reach Pro Bagless Stick Vacuum has broken a replacement can be found here: http://bit.ly/2bMhlbS. For optimum performance we recommend cleaning the filters after each use. This includes the red cyclone filter located inside of the canister. If this filter is clogged this can cause a blockage in the opening of the canister. Once completed the unit will pick up as it should and all debris will travel into the canister. If further assistance is needed feel free to give us a call at 1-800-321-1134 M-F from 8am-6pm EST. We're here for you!
