I love one of my units however when I opened the 2nd one I was going to gift it had been used and repackaged. I was very disappointed. I wish I had opened the second one as soon as I opened the first one then I could get my money back. However, I loved the first one so much I assumed the 2nd one would be just as perfect. The book with the second one had a torn page. When I removed the bottom as suggested when the motor doesn't work, I found gunk inside it. Confirmation it was a used one someone had returned. I'm sure they're not all like that. I happened to be one of the unlucky ones to receive a used and damaged unit. Even the plastic covers inside were on backwards. So glad I didn't gift it. I would definitely recommend the first one to a friend but would warn them to open both boxes and check them out before gifting one. I would have given it a 5 rating if the second one had been as wonderful as the first.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Motor died....

I never write bad reviews - ever. I am disappointed in this blender a ton. After the 3rd week the seal inside of the blender came out and was mixed into my smoothie... that was not tasty. Today, after a month of using the blender, the motor died. Before that the motor was making a super high pitch noise for 2 weeks. Would not recommend this blender.

Stopped working after 3 uses

I received my nutribullet through an fundraising auction. Came unopened and brand new. Used it two or three times and the motor just completely stopped working. Since I didn't get the proof of purchase through the auction, Nutribullet couldn't replace the unit.

It does not have a good seal. Liquid drips into the blender base and the rubber ring on the blade attachment falls out with every wash and it’s difficult to put back in

Gaskets are JUNK

I have went through 3 blades and the gaskets fell out of all 3 of them - I honestly do not know how to put the blades on and NOT have it create a suction!!!! THAT is what it does!!! I have always used Ninja - I am going back to something trusted - Customer service has been pretty about sending me the new blades - but third time is a charm and I just want a refund.

Great until it breaks

And it ALWAYS breaks. Had at least 4 of these and never had one that lasted a year. Last 2 lasted less than 3 months each. Try to get in touch with the company to get replaced? Good luck.

I got the nutribullet magic bullet in early December and it has stopped working completely already. It worked well for the first week or two then I had trouble getting it to work. I had to re-insert the jars over and over. Then, yesterday, it refused to work at all. I tried all three jars, then even tried just water to see if it would work, but it would not work. Very disappointed with this product.
